Ok my pendleton is now deceased (rest in pieces) just got the find when I taken it out the wash. Any recommendations for a wool shirt, and not too dear either, I could stretch to £100 tops. Cheers Shug

You can still pick up Pendleton's off ebay for not a lot of coin, you'd get maybe three for £100, possibly four if your patient and bide your time.

Shop around on ebay, some sellers charge silly money for postage.

Definitely search ebay - I found myself a M1951 US Army issue wool field shirt for $20 ;).

I've seen those is army shirts, are they any good, or do they itch as bad as the british hairy Mary

They seem to be very well made, not much itching at all. They're of a decent thickness and make an excellent mid-outer layer. ;)
