Hello everyone, My name is Del, My wife and I have been tryin to get involved in camping, bushcraft etc for last few years but its kinda hard with 3 young boys and not knowing about many resources, So I was delighted when I stumbled upon this site and community. Hoping I can meet new people, learn new skills and pass the love of the outdoors to my boys. Thanks

My dad had three young boys and took us camping, gave us knives and showed us a thing or two about camping. We loved it and I bet they do as well. :)

Hey bernie, the boys are aged 3-7 and havnt taken them camping yet, but we do take them out for walks, they like to call it exploring, usually take A pack and some food and simple shelter. I remember loving it wen i was around 6 or 7 +.

Bit too far for me!,think its the same money wise for a lot of other members,£5o+ a nite to camp,(over£157for u wife n 3kids.)then some of the tutorials are£10/£15 extra.Maybe a day visit, will be the best idea for many?Best of luck.Mike.
