Hi chaps,

I'm so pleased with the way this little knife has turned out after filing, sanding and oiling, I think I'll take things a step further and put a different handle on it.

Since this pic was taken, I've got a mirror finish on the blade using a Scotchbrite pad and Autosol paste.

Anyone got a spare bit of antler or some interesting stabilised wood about 130mm x 20mm x 40mm?

Why not make your own stabilised wood?

Cheers chaps. I might be able to get my hands on some ancient bog oak. :)

Your scales are nice Paul.
