Yes there is, but we're in stealth mode. ;) Try most evenings between 8.00 and 11.00, and you'll find someone there.

I usually keep the chatroom up while browsing the forum and doing various other things, im on it from when i get home to when i go to bed.

The main problem I have with the chat room is the small matter of not being able to log in.

I know there were some issues with the chat room a while ago but they are resolved now. Drop a PM to AshleyCawley who I'm sure will be able to sort it for you.
