what do you guy's use for sheaths for these. does anyone on here make/sell them or should I bite the bullet and buy some leather and have a go at my first sheath??

Why not make a sheath using a old seat belt? it would only be a case of folding over a end for a belt loop then doing the same to make the sheath I know it will be a little heavier but it will work.

I'd go for making your own. It will be a personal piece of kit then, and unlike a knife sheath, it doesn't need welt, to stop the blade cutting through the side.
I made a very basic one for mine, from 1.2mm leather. It's lasted a year so far, with no problems. Might make one from the thicker stock I have, but not until it needs it.

Mine is the seatbelt and velcro type, I will I time get Mrs Lois Orford to make me one in Smoke Brown. Only problem is though now I have more kit on my belt than in my bag,
