You will need a lot of luck to find a stainless steel version (more than a bit rare now)
what's wrong with the set you have ?

They're like hens teeth, though they're heavy, the people that have them tend to want to hang on to them.

I'm at a military auction again this week so will keep my eyes peeled. Just after the tins or a full set up?

There aluminium tent. You can tell by the two rims in the tin, stainless ones have one rim. Thanks anyways.

I have two of the stainless ones. I got them from a US surplus specialist called Sportsman’s Guide. Must have been 13 years ago. I actually wrote a review of these for a small magazine and it was published. Unfortunately there was no manual and the advice of the sales associate had me using it incorrectly and I gave it a luke warm review. I have sent in an addendum and I hope it gets published.
I find them useful but admit that for straight backpacking, it is hard to beat the SVEA 123 or one of the MSR light weight items. Lately though I use the fire.
I did not know that these had become so rare

123 with a SIG Tourest cook set makes a great combo :)
