My fav way to cook them is to hind and quarter it and put it in the slow cooker before I go to work (4:45am) 😂with a mix of oxo cubs 2 and 1 bovril cub as a stock, carrots, leaks, onions, potatoes, etc when i get home later wow beautiful, only thing I can't get my head around is where the carrots go! 😉

Sounds awesome! Can't beat a slow cooker! We do the same thing, put it on before going to work and when you get home it's all cooked and tastes great!

I could eat that every day. I need to get out and get myself some rabbits.

Here's a rabbit stew I made a few weeks back with homebrewed stout and veg.
I'd say NorthernYeti's version is healthier though T^

I cant see what would be unhealthy about that. The potatoes maybe but that is all.
Looks great to me

Try rabbit curry. Joint your rabbit then boil for 30-40 mins, then strip all the meat from the bones, put the meat in an oven proof dish with curry sauce (shop bought or home made-your choice)
cover and cook in the oven on gas mark 5 for a further 45 mins. Serve with rice or whatever you prefer.
