Hi Zac.
A permission is a bit of land that you have permission to use. I've been in the Midlands a relatively short time and so need to find somewhere new to camp.

Truly appreciate the welcome guys. I will be buzzing around the forum gathering as much knowledge as I can. I have an SAS Survival Handbook written by John 'Lofty' Wiseman, a former SAS survival instructor, that I have discovered a vast amount from. From the simple things like knots etc. to how to build shelters and foraging for materials/food. Nothing compares to practical application though and that's what I need to do ASAP. Any suggestions with regards to meets etc?

Just jump in when the invites go out for meets, some areas also have local groups.
