Elk Meat

I used to buy Elk meat sausages from Ikea. Very tasty, bit spicy and very meaty.
They came vacuum packed, about six inch long by one/two inch dia.
Brill for a day out eated with crackers etc.
Unfortunately they don't sell them anymore but wondered if any of you guys know where I can get some of this tasty snack.

I live in Sweden and have them roaming through my garden as I live in 1200 hectares of woodland. Beautiful animals and very tastey too. I am sure if you googled it you would come up with a uk provider.
