Something sweet...

Chaps, was thinking bout making something sweet and calorific.... any recommendations?

something simple that can be made on camp...was thinking maybe a simple jam suet pudding (yes...simple because i now have a lot of suet)

lol. That suet would go nicely in a bannock mix. Add fruit and honey for a lovely sweet bread. :p

I will give that a go martin! will practicve it at home first so as to (hopefully) not make a horses butt of it when im doing it out...

threw a bannock together with the mrs tonight, used butter and wrapped some butter for tomorrow....actually not bad if i do say so myself
