Sorry folks I thought I had done the intro thing ages ago it turns out not. OOOPS!
any way I live a stones throw south of Dartmoor and spend most of my spare time up there. unless it's to hot and then I am off in the kayak somewhere off the coast of Devon/Cornwall. I got onto the bush craft thing because I got sick of getting up at silly o'clock in the morning and heading to the moor to capture the sunrise with my camera. I like the photography thing mostly. so I thought why not stay up there all night that way I can get the sunset and sunrise and some kip. so I combine the two. double the fun. I have tried making the odd knife. kuksa. and other bits and bobs. all great fun to do....OH and my spelling and punctuation is very bad,

Great photo! :o and welcome to the community.

Your explanation of how you ended up getting into Bushcraft reminded me of Gary / Wayland - http://www.waylandscape.co.uk/ he takes some amazing photos and enjoys camping for much the same reason.
