I have just ordered one, I will post when it arrives and give a little feedback.

I have to say I found this from a post on BCUK its not from my own digging or discovery.

hello,
I was taught many years ago in training, there's many uses of a parachute in a survival situation from shelter, sleeping bag, to clothing to name but a few. Find yourself a US Field Manual on Parachutes if you don't already have prior knowledge of it's many uses, you'll be surprised. Checked online details, :shocked: for that price I would have bought a few of these. :wink:

WW2 RAF crew were also shown how to make shelters from parachutes.

Well, paid my £30 and it duelly arrived the next day, bril;liant, itgladly is in perfect condition as any good reserve chute should be, i will try and post some pics when i eventually get out to play.

I think this is the same outfit where I got my chute from. I got one with the string on for an extra £5 and I must say all that 550 for £5 was a bargain. Been very happy with my chute - it continues to serve me well.
