Hi BCT, good to see you on here after chatting to you in the chatroom.

After having a good chat about various tinders and methods of creating char, BCT pointed me to his site, ten minutes later order placed and a new firelighting method for me to play with - the Fire Piston. I'll post in the firelighting section how I get on with it.

Martin bought me one of your Fire Pistons as a Birthday present a year ago.

Piston arrived today, had a quick play, took a few goes to get the idea of things.
Very impressed, going to try it out in the woods tonight. :campfire:
