Just finished these two off for a chap in the US.
I've not made any of these for quite a while... had everything that could go wrong, go wrong. Nightmare. So i'm very glad they are finished.

Steel is RWL-34, G10 handles, Stainless bolsters, Multicarry sheaths with F/S loops and stone pouches.

Hope you guys like them

:)

Really handsome looking knives there. I like the minimal look of them, nothing fussy.

Thanks mate... they may look minimal, but they are tricky to make and take a fair while. :)

I don't doubt it.
in factI would imagine minimal designs to be the hardest? after all a straight line has to be straight!

They look stunning Mark. The least you could do for us "mortals" is to take one or two poor pictures of your knives so we could feel a bit better about ourselves :happy-clapping:

I don't find any one profile to be more difficult to another to be honest. :) The trickiness comes from getting a good bolster fit when the bolster is a horrible stainless (316) to work with. These knives essentially have a stick tang bolster, (slid on over the back) but are full tang knives. Which makes it a hell of a lot more tricky than just a normal stick tang bolster.

Yeah sounds complicated. Worth it though, they look great.

Love the pommels, love the jimping, REALLY love the sheaths.

Some years back, I put an STKR Scout knife from Mike Pryor on my short list whenever it happened that I got another bonus at work. I may have to do that with a Mark Hill knife now.

Good heavens those are beautiful.

Thanks for posting.
