Does look a nice spot, I have been searching for a few new local places this year but I am struggling. Too many people... Get out there :)

This place has people around but the path that runs by this spot is between large earth mounds and the site it's self is about 30 ft lower than the path and about 100 - 150yds away. Perfect!

I live fairly close to this location.
There are plenty of other suitable sites between this location and Cromford (about 4ish miles away) - in the woods + disused quarries close to the Cromford Canal.
Shining Cliff Woods are pretty popular and attract plenty of visitors.

Check out the all woods above the canal / river between Whatstandwell + Cromford.
There are disused quarries in some of the woodland along the road between Whatstandwell and Holloway. If you walk along the road and explore you'll find them.
