Heard on the news today, a sixty yo guy has been found dead into his cave.

The event took place in the Tarn : 4 speleologists found a skeleton on his bed on the last January.

Apparently the man was a charmer during the past, quite well-speaking, but had bad experience in an other country and decided to live alone, such as a hermit.
He lived his last 10 years with the nature, like Jean Jacques Rousseau, a sort of long return to the "original man".

"He killed no mice, neither spiders which was sharing his cave, but was contemplated them. He gave bread from garbage to wild boar and deer." his friend said

He led an interesting life - thank you. Darn nice cave - looks a great & luxurious shelter.

Nice to be reminded of Carlos Castenada too - I loved his books in my wayward youth...

Didn't ever heard of Carlos Castenada ... Rousseau is much more famous in my French view (he was French too)

But love Thoreau as well :)
