I have recently signed up for my first bushcraft course and it's an online one! This is one that Woodland Ways are promoting http://www.woodland-ways.co.uk/wildfoodmentor.html and it features Marcus Harrison. I first saw Marcus' work in Bushcraft & Survival Magazine so I knew what he was about and it's like having a virtual plant guide. Instead of paying for the modules one by one, the price is dropped to £29.99 for all of them in one hit.
There's around 80 or so plants and you get a video, recipes & detailed pictures of each plant. My only 'criticism' is that getting all the modules in one hit=kid in a sweet shop with a season ticket...I am being diligent of course and working through the modules in order :innocent:
