They look perfect for me as they've even got 'L' and 'R' printed on 'em. I get confused easily.

they had some walking poles not so long back aswell but dont know what they were like quality wise,i bought a wind up lantern from them and its still going strong:)

I got very similar left & right technical hiking socks from Aldi last autumn for £2.99 - very good actually.

For value & warmth, try out the camping/outdoor socks in Poundland for £1 a pair...!

Bargain Alert !!

Some Sports Soccer branches have Karrimor firesteels for 3 quid !. Assorted hats from £4 and mens and ladies combat style trousers from £10. In my local store i also found sporks for £1.49 and a titanium KFS set for £8

I was in LIDL today they have a first aid kit for £4.99 it should be okay for spares or outdoors at the price it is advertised for cars but :)

I got a motorcycle first aid kit out of there last year, its small and fits perfect in the leg pocket of my trousers. It had some good stuff in aswell, lots of plasters, few bandages, dressings and a space blanket. Although ive added in a few things such as tick remover, silva tweesers,inadinw and stuff like that :)

I think they are getting a grinder in soon and Aldi have a flexible torch in at the min that doesnt look to bad :)

I have socks very similar to those. Except mine are a suitably outdoorsy brown, and have the name JEEP on them.
They also have a L and R on them.
I wonder what safety compromises would occur if I was reckless enough to put the L one on my right foot? Utter madness would be unleashed, no doubt.
