Harris bipod for an hw100kt

Right lads, am looking at buying a Harris bipod 9-13 inches, but am not sure which is best as in notched legs or not?, any opinions would be appreciated and what do you think of the 6-9 inch, I feel it might be a bit on the low side

Measure you're left forearm and try to get a bipod that falls within that range. Means you can shoot prone as well as resting on an object. Harris is a good solid choice, but I would go for the tilt and swivel models, more versatility that way. Personally I don't like using them but Harris are very good quality
