I'm still trying to gather more info on it, I don't read much Finnish What interests me most is the sheath, comes with firesteel and sharpener. It looks like the sleeve holding it could be removed and put on another sheath, interesting. If the price is along the lines of other Moras, this should be a great value.

I just translated it into english using the google translate thing that pops up at the top of the page when a page isn't in english... '' On the rugged vagina is a well-lit room for the steel and the diamond will be easy to sharpen the blade.'' Lolwut...

Looks actually pretty cool lol.

It means to say The robust sheath is provided with a well thought out space for the firesteel and completed with a diamond sharpener, making it easy to sharpen the knife blade.

I found another picture:

I imagine you could swap the stainless knife out for a carbon clipper if you would want to.

Looking in the BSS Mag it seems that it is still a prototype at the moment and is not yet up for release

I have found a Dealer in the united states that has started to sell them, here is the link:http://ragweedforge.com/SwedishKnifeCatalog.html. The dealer seems to think very highly of the knife, Has anyone found a dealer in the U.K. who sells them yet?

Couple of friends thought the setup for a Mora was a bit pricey.

I only have to agree, they are very over priced.....here is a thread from another website: http://bushcraftusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=37904

Kinda makes ya chuckle when you can get a Mora for what 10 bucks and a firesteel for round the same price? Besides not to impressed with the sheath to be honest plus has to much of a tactical feel and look for my taste. But eh that's just me

I know what you mean..... For $ 30.00 or £20 I could get a Mora 137, It has a lminated carbon steel blade, a leather sheath, an unfinished birch handle, and looks very traditonal- I like it A lot!:) http://www.greenmanbushcraft.co.uk/cutting-tools/seconds-mora-137-with-leather-sheath.htm http://ragweedforge.com/SwedishKnifeCatalog.html[/ATTACH] 1648

Here is another place selling it:

I have just recently bought the Force and its a great little knife. I am going to be keeping it with my main pack which I use for my honey stove. had it battoning 4" diameter pine, birch, beech and oak and worked great, made great feather sticks and did a little carving with it too, not needed to resharpen it yet. I like the stainless steel as I am planning a few trips a way to some wet parts of the work and carbon steel would rust up on me too quick especially as some will be near salt water. a great little knife for £23 :) got mine from springfields in Burton on trent.

Hi there
I too am happy with my current Triflex... I bought an army firesteel and small diamond stone separately, which while they may have all come to more than the price of this knife, I feel are better quality.
I wanted a carbon steel knife too, so this would be an expensive compromise for me. If they sold just the sheath addition with sharpner and firesteel for a reasonalble price I might get it, as the sheath otherwise looks the same as the other Bushcraft series knoves.
cheers
Gareth
