Hi all,
I've been trying to get my hands on a Gransfors Bruks small forest axe for around about a month or so now but every where i look it out of stock. :confused:
can anyone help or give me some alternatives to buy.

If your handy in the workshop i would try and find an old vintage axe to restore and re-handle,
They cost next to nothing (sometimes even nothing) and are far better quality to anything made these days,
Keep an eye out at boot sales and ask family and friends you`ll be surprised what you can find,
I asked my mother in law and she had 2 in her garage and my dad and he had 1 spare

Granfors seem to be having a bit of a stooshie with some suppliers just now. I think Greenman Bushcraft have stopped entirely!

In terms of UK supplies of Gränsfors Bruks Axes you might want to ask at https://greenwood-direct.co.uk/ - the reason I say that is about 4 or 5 years ago I believe I was told they were the sole UK importers of GFB Axes and that all other stores got them through them, if that's the case they should A either have stock or B know the state of play in terms of supply. Of course that may no longer be the case now.
