    Sticky Problem

I find when i fry in the top of my SAT that eggs ALWAYS stick and make a mess. Other stuffs ok as i can move it around. Anyone any advice on the egg issue? I usually use olive oil. Its no yolk as its tough to remove in the field!

Always go for scrambled mate. Never sticks then.

Like coma says, butter is the best for non sticky-ness. Many folk use it with SATs over any oil.
