Woodland Valley's Description: Woodland Valley is set in Ladock Parish, situated in the very centre of Cornwall UK. It is an organic farm with a residential study centre and group accommodation.

Organic FarmingIt is located in a beautiful, secluded valley and includes ancient woodland, ponds, streams, and wetland. Originally a part of the Trethurffe Estate (mentioned in the Domesday Book), the farm has been owned by the Jones family since 1960 and is managed on sustainable lines growing fantastic Orgamic Produce available from our Farm Shop.

Chris and Janet Jones are promoting the farm as an outdoor classroom founded on the themes of conservation and sustainability. This resource is ideal for teaching mainstream subjects such as Geography and Science as well as Traditional farming and countryside management skills.

Our location in the centre of Cornwall UK, just 8 miles from Truro and St Austell, and only 20 minutes from Newquay and the Eden Project makes Woodland Valley a perfect setting to spend time in Cornwall. Needless to say we have a high degree of disabled access, and the theme of social inclusivity runs through all that we do.

Our 4 star rated group accommodation has achieved a prestigious Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme, and can cater for any numbers from a car load to a coach load. It provides a high quality of accommodation and excellent value for money.

I've stayed at Woodland Valley with Ash and his crew - really nice place. Would go again in a second.
